Refund policy

We want you to love your nāmaka piece, which is why we offer returns or exchanges on items for 14 days from the date of purchase, providing the following requirements.

  • The item has not been worn
  • The item is in the same condition as it was sold. 
  • For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds on pierced earrings.
  • Returns cannot be accepted on custom pieces or jewellery.
Please note that many of the handmade nāmaka pieces are incredibly delicate, and care must be taken when wearing them. To find out more about how to care for your item please click this link. 

Accidents do happen, so if you would like your piece repaired, please get in touch with us here through our connect page or email us at info@namakamade.com 

To arrange a return simply post your item back to us and let us know at info@namakamade.com. Once your item has been received we will process your return or send your exchange.
